{"abstract":"In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice announces the intent of the Farm Service Agency (FSA) to request approval for the information collection to be used in support of documenting critical producer data changes (customer name, current mailing address and tax identification number) in SCIMS.
