{"abstract":"This notice announces receipt of and publishes a Petition for Waiver from Daikin U.S. Corporation (Daikin). The Petition for Waiver (hereafter \"Daikin Petition\") requests a waiver of the Department of Energy (DOE) test procedures applicable to residential central air conditioners and heat pumps. The waiver request is specific to the Daikin Variable Refrigerant Volume VRV-II-S (residential) multi-split heat pumps and heat recovery systems.
