{"abstract":"EPA is adding electric arc furnace steelmaking facilities to the list of source categories subject to regulation under Clean Air Act (CAA) section 112(c)(6) and revising the area source category list for the Integrated Urban Air Toxics Strategy. At the same time, EPA is proposing national emission standards for electric arc furnace steelmaking facilities that are area sources of hazardous air pollutants (HAP).
