{"abstract":"The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposes to amend its regulations on the detail and transfer of Federal employees to international organizations. The proposed changes will make the regulation consistent with recent statutory changes on determining the rate of basic pay an employee is entitled to receive when reemployed after service with an international organization.
