{"abstract":"EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District (ICAPCD) and the Monterey Bay Unified Air Pollution Control District (MBUAPCD) portions of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). This action revises and adds various definitions of terms used by the ICAPCD and MBUAPCD.
