{"abstract":"The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission is correcting a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register of Tuesday, July 9, 2002 (67 FR 45362). That final rule inadvertently removed provisions of Sec. 27.502 of the Federal Communication Commission's rules, regarding bidding credit percentages for eligible designated entities bidding on licenses in the 746-764 MHz and 776-794 MHz Bands.
