{"abstract":"This action updates the Department of Transportation (DOT) addresses, changes references from the Docket Management System to the Federal Docket Management System (FDMS), and removes obsolete information listed in FAA regulations as a result of DOT's relocation, migration to the Federal electronic docket system, and closure of the DOT Branch Library.
