Time and Date: The meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time (DST) on Wednesday, April 18, 2007, and continue until 5 p.m. that day. The meeting will reconvene at 10:30 a.m. (DST) on Thursday, April 19, 2007, and adjourn at approximately 4:30 p.m. on that day. The period from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on April 19, 2007, will be reserved for participation and presentations by members of the public. Place: All sessions will be held at the Hyatt Regency Newport, Vanderbilt Room, 1 Goat Island, Newport, Rhode Island 02840. Status: The meeting will be open to the public.
