{"abstract":"The Department of Commerce (\"the Department\") is currently conducting a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from the People's Republic of China (\"PRC\") covering the period February 1, 2006, through January 31, 2007. We preliminarily determine that the sale made by Ayecue International SLU (\"Ayecue International\") of subject merchandise produced by Ayecue (Liaocheng) Foodstuff Co., Ltd. (\"Ayecue (Liaocheng)\") (collectively, \"Ayecue\") was not made below normal value (\"NV\").
