{"abstract":"The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its regulations to reflect the addresses of two additional Headquarters buildings, the reorganization of the Office of Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards, the creation of the Office of Federal and State Materials and Environmental Management Programs, the reorganization of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, the creation of the Office of New Reactors, and other minor changes.
