{"abstract":"The Department of Commerce (the Department) is currently conducting a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from the People's Republic of China (PRC) covering the period February 1, 2007, through February 29, 2008. We preliminarily determine that the sale made by Zhangzhou Golden Banyan Foodstuffs Industrial Co., Ltd. (Golden Banyan), was not made below normal value (NV).
