{"abstract":"On April 29, 2008, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published a notice of initiation of a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain orange juice from Brazil to consider partially revoking the order to exclude ultra low pulp orange juice (ULPOJ) pursuant to section 751(b)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.216(b) and 351.222(g)(1)(i). See Certain Orange Juice from Brazil: Initiation of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review, 73 FR 23182 (Apr. 29, 2008) (Initiation Notice).
