{"abstract":"The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to offer 15 parcels of public land of approximately 143.24 acres in the Las Vegas Valley by competitive sealed bid sale procedures at not less than the fair market value (FMV). The sale will be conducted pursuant to the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998 (SNPLMA), Public Law 105-263, 112 Stat. 2343, as amended.
