{"abstract":"This final rule revises HUD's regulations to reflect the organization of HUD's Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA). HUD has established the Office of Hearings and Appeals within the Office of the Secretary. As a result of the organization of the OHA, the position of the Chief Administrative Law Judge (Chief ALJ) has been eliminated.
