{"abstract":"The NCUA Board is proposing changes to its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Privacy Act regulations. The changes to FOIA provisions largely relate to recent amendments to the Freedom of Information Act addressing several procedural issues concerning fee practices, time limits for complying with requests, and new reporting requirements.
