{"abstract":"The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to incorporate improvements related to requests for progress payments and the Standard Form (SF) 1443, Contractor's Request for Progress Payments, used to request those progress payments. Changes made to the Standard Form as published in the proposed rule include correction of misspellings, and an editorial change made at Item 4 to better describe the order number.","action":"Final
