{"abstract":"The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing final regulations pertaining to recruitment and selection through the competitive examination process. The purpose of this rule is to clarify the distinction among objections, pass overs, and suitability determinations. OPM is also adopting two new definitions to further clarify the distinction between an objection and a pass over request.
