{"abstract":"The Secretary proposes to establish new regulations in 34 CFR part 601, Institutions and Lender Requirements Relating to Education Loans, to implement requirements relating to education loans that were added to the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA) by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA). The Secretary also proposes to amend the regulations for Student Assistance General Provisions in part 668, the Federal Perkins Loan (Perkins Loan) Program in part 674, the Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) Program in part 682, and the William D.
