{"abstract":"In response to timely requests by two manufacturers/exporters, the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain stainless steel sheet and strip in coils (SSSSC) from Japan with respect to Hitachi Cable Ltd. (Hitachi Cable) and Nippon Kinzoku Co., Ltd. (NKKN). The review covers the period July 1, 2007, through June 30, 2008. We preliminarily determine that NKKN and Hitachi Cable did not make sales below normal value (NV). If the preliminary results are adopted in our final results of the administrative review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries.
