{"abstract":"The Department of Commerce (the Department) is currently conducting a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from the People's Republic of China (PRC) covering the period February 1, 2008, through January 31, 2009. We preliminarily determine that the sale made by Linyi City Kangfa Foodstuff Drinkable Co., Ltd. (Kangfa), and its affiliated supplier Linyi City Kangfa Foodstuff Drinkable Co., Ltd., Pingyi Branch (Pingyi Branch) (collectively \"Kangfa\"), was not made below normal value (NV).
