No. 12125- 02-9) applied pre-harvest on all raw agricultural commodities when applied/used as a carrier/nutrient. SciReg, Inc. submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
