{"abstract":"This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the microbial fungicide, Ulocladium oudemansii (U3 Strain), in or on all food commodities when applied or used pre-harvest only, and excluding applications made post-harvest or to processed commodities. Botry-Zen, Ltd. submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
