{"abstract":"DoD has issued an interim rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement Section 846 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 and Section 842 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009.
