The Department of Commerce (\"the Department\") has determined that citric acid and certain citrate salts (\"citric acid\") from the People's Republic of China (\"PRC\") is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at LTFV as provided in section 735 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (\"the Act\").
