Summary: The Commission will consider a Notice of Proposed Rule Making to initiate its “triennial” review of the definitions of and rules concerning access to incumbent LEC unbundled network elements.|
|3||Common Carrier||Title: Numbering Resource Optimization (CC Docket No. 99-200); Petition for Declaratory Ruling and Request for Expedited Action on the July 15, 1997 Order of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Regarding Area Codes 412, 610, 215, and 717 (CC Docket No. 96-98); and Telephone Number Portability (CC Docket No. 95-116). Summary: The Commission will consider a Third Report and Order and Second Order on Reconsideration in CC Docket No. 96-98 and CC Docket No. 99-200 regarding plans for nationwide thousands-block number pooling and other strategies to ensure that the numbering resources of the North American Numbering Plan are used efficiently.|

Summary: The Commission will consider a Report and Order concerning allocation and service rules to reallocate television channels 52-59, pursuant to the Balanced Budget Act of 1997.|
