This conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Meeting Room of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First St., NE, Washington, DC. All interested persons are invited to attend.
The Agenda for the conference is attached to this Notice. Written comments may be submitted on April 16, 2002. A time for filing reply comments will be discussed at the conference.
