Take notice that on September 27, 2002, PG&E Gas Transmission, Northwest Corporation (GTN) tendered for filing revised tariff sheets to reflect modifications necessary to reinstate the rate ceiling for short-term capacity release transactions following the conclusion of FERC's two-year waiver period as provided for in Order No. 637. GTN requests an effective date of October 1, 2002, for these tariff sheets.
GTN further states that a copy of this filing has been served on GTN's jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies.
