Take notice that on November 19, 2002, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation (Transco) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed on Appendix A attached to the filing, with a proposed effective date of January 1, 2003. Transco states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with the Commission's Order Rejecting Compliance Filing issued on November 4, 2002, in the referenced dockets, in which the Commission directed Transco to refile, within 15 days, revised tariff sheets to unbundle its Rate Schedule SS-1 service.
Transco states that it will serve copies of the instant filing on its affected customers and interested State Commissions.
