Take notice that on May 16, 2003, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR), Start Printed Page 32029tendered for filing three amended FTS-1 Agreements between ANR and NJR Energy Services containing corrected commencement dates. ANR advises that there are no other changes to the negotiated rate arrangement previously filed on May 1, 2003. ANR requests that the Commission accept and approve the negotiated rate arrangement to be effective May 1, 2003.
