As a result of the President's major disaster declaration on September 19, 2003, I find that the Independent City of Start Printed Page 56036Baltimore, and Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George's, Queen Anne's, Somerset, St. Mary's, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico and Worcester Counties in the State of Maryland constitute a disaster area due to damages caused by Hurricane Isabel occurring on September 18, 2003 and continuing. Applications for loans for physical damage as a result of this disaster may be filed until the close of business on November 18, 2003 and for economic injury until the close of business on June 21, 2004 at the address listed below or other locally announced locations:
