The Administrator, Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), denied a petition for trade adjustment assistance (TAA) for shrimpers that was filed on November 18, 2003, by the Southeastern Fisheries Association, Inc., Tallahassee, Florida.End Preamble Start Supplemental Information
Upon investigation, the Administrator determined that domestic producer prices for shrimp did not decline at least 20 percent during January 2002 through December 2002 when compared with the previous 5-year average, a condition required for certifying a petition for TAA.
