The FHWA, in cooperation with the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), prepared a final EIS for a project that has been proposed to improve the transportation system in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri. The Notice of Availability for the New I-64 EIS (volumes 1 and 2) was published in the Federal Register on April 15, 2005 (70 FR 19951). The end of the official comment period was to be May 20, 2005.
