Petal states that the purpose of the filing is to comply with Ordering Paragraph (C)(2) of the certificate order issued by the Commission on October 25, 2001, in Docket Nos. CP01-69-000, et al.
Petal states that copies of its filing have been mailed to all customers, state commissions, and other interested parties.
