Interested persons are invited to send comments regarding this burden estimate or any other aspect of this collection of information, including any of the following subjects: (1) The necessity and utility of the proposed information collection for the proper performance of the agency's functions; (2) the accuracy of the estimated burden; (3) ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and (4) the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology to minimize the information collection burden.
Type of Information Collection Request: Extension of Currently Approved Collection.
Title of Information Collection: Data Collection for the Identification of Comparison Groups for the National Evaluation of the National Community Centers of Excellence in Women's Health (CCOE) Program.

Use: The Office on Women's Health (OWH) is seeking a new clearance to conduct a Women's Health Comparison Study Participate Survey and a Community Centers of Excellence (CCOEs) Comparison Study Leadership Survey. The surveys will assess how well organizations that have CCOEs as compared to organizations that do not have CCOEs—coordinate quality health care services and information for women. The results of this survey will help determine sucesses and opportunities for improvement in women's health.
Frequency: Recordkeeping, Reporting on occasion.
Affected Public: State, local, or tribal governments, Federal Government, not-for-profit institutions.
