Start Preamble March 30, 2006.

Take notice that on February 16, 2006, El Paso Natural Gas Company (El Paso) filed proposals for the month of January 2006 to discount its new Order No. 637 daily overrun charges, as well as to waive any monthly cash-out charges resulting from the tiers in El Paso's cash-out mechanism. El Paso states that the filing is being made as an accommodation to shippers to give them more time to adjust to these new tariff provisions. Start Printed Page 17464
