The Department of Defense published proposed changes to the Manual for Courts-Martial (2005 ed.) on August 10, 2006, in the Federal Register (Volume 71, Number 154)] [Notices] [Page 45780-45797]. This announcement modifies that former publication to include information concerning submitting comments, and extends the time period for submission.
Comments on the proposed changes must be received no later than October 13, 2006, to be assured consideration by the JSC. A public meeting concerning these proposed changes will be held on September 18, 2006 at 11 a.m. in the 14th Floor Conference Room, 1777 N. Kent St., Rosslyn, VA 22209-2194.
