Agreement No.: 011741-011.

Title: U.S. Pacific Coast-Oceania Agreement.

Parties: A.P. Moller-Maersk A/S; Hamburg-Süd; and Hapag-Lloyd AG.

Synopsis: The amendment changes the structure of the services operated under the agreement, deletes obsolete language, and provides for a new minimum duration of the agreement.

Title: COSCON/KL/YMUK/Hanjin/Senator Worldwide Slot Allocation & Sailing Agreement.

Parties: COSCO Container Lines Company, Limited; Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd.; Yangming (UK) Ltd.; Hanjin Shipping Co., Ltd.; and Senator Lines GmbH.
