Proposed rule; extension of public comment period.
EPA is announcing that the comment period on the proposed rule amendments for the Standards of Performance for Petroleum Refineries, published on May 14, 2007, is being extended until August 27, 2007.
Comments. Comments on the proposed amendments must be received on or before August 27, 2007.
Submit your comments, identified by Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OAR-2007-0011, by one of the following methods:
Instructions: Direct your comments to Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OAR-2007-0011. EPA's policy is that all comments received will be included in the public docket without change and may be made available online at www.regulations.gov, including any personal information provided, unless the comment includes information claimed to be confidential business information (CBI) or other information whose disclosure is restricted by statute. Do not submit information that you consider to be CBI or otherwise protected through www.regulations.gov or e-mail. We received several requests to extend the public comment period to August 27, 2007. We agreed to this request, therefore, the public comment period will now end on August 27, 2007, rather than July 13, 2007.
