The NCUA intends to submit the following information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. Chapter 35). This information collection is published to obtain comments from the public.

Type of Review: Extension of a currently approved collection.

Description: Part 711 of NCUA's Rules and Regulations directs federally insured credit unions that want to share a management official with another Start Printed Page 54688financial institution to either apply for approval from the NCUA Board or maintain records to show the eligibility for a small market share exemption.

Respondents: All federally insured credit unions.
