Incident: Hurricane Ike.

Incident Period: 09/07/2008 through 10/02/2008.

Effective Date: 01/31/2009.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/20/2009.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/15/2009.
