Section 47153(d), notice is being given that the FAA is considering a request from the North Carolina Global TransPark Authority to waive the requirement that a 35.19 acre parcel of surplus property, located at the Kinston Regional Jetport, be used for aeronautical purposes.
Comments must be received on or before December 28, 2009.

The FAA is reviewing a request by the North Carolina Global TransPark Authority to release 35.19 acres of surplus property at the Kinston Regional Jetport. The surplus property will be used to construct a facility for Spirit AeroSystems.
