and Rule 19b-4 thereunder,
a proposed rule change to amend CBOE Rule 6.53(u), which governs Qualified Contingent Cross (“QCC”) Orders. The Commission is publishing this notice to solicit comments on the proposed rule change, as modified by Amendment Nos. 1 and 2, from interested persons, and to designate a longer period for Commission action on the proposed rule change, as modified by Amendment Nos. 1 and 2.
