Take notice that on June 17, 2013, pursuant to section 206 of the Federal Power Act, 16 USC 824(e) and Rule 206 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission), 18 CFR 385.206, Demand Response Supporters (Complainant) filed a formal complaint against New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO or Respondents), seeking an order requiring NYISO to amend its tariffs to allow demand Start Printed Page 38024response facilitated by behind-the-meter generation to be compensated at full Locational Marginal Price, as more fully discussed in the complaint.
The complainant certifies that copies of the complaint were served on the contacts for the Respondent as listed on the Commission's list of Corporate Officials.
Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214). Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
