On September 13, 2012, the Agency submitted a proposed collection of information entitled “Guidance for Industry and Food and Drug Administration Staff on Dear Health Care Provider Letters: Improving Communication of Important Safety Information” to OMB for review and clearance under 44 U.S.C. 3507.
