Description of Relief Sought: Petitioner seeks relief from the cabin altitude limits following an uncontained engine failure (UEF), and from additional considerations for a UEF which punctures and/or tears the fuselage creating a very large hole for the Bombardier Models BD-500-1A10 (CS100) and BD-500-1A11 (CS300) airplanes operating above 40,000 feet pressure altitude.End Further Info End Preamble
