k. Description of Project Facilities: The single Floating Gravity Based Anchor is the only project feature that has not been removed. A Decommissioning Plan will be submitted to the Commission for approval once the resources agencies have submitted their comments to Reedsport OPT Wave Park, LLC.
l. Description of Proceeding: On May 30, 2014, Reedsport OPT Wave Park, LLC filed an application stating that due to financial and regulatory challenges they unfortunately have been forced to conclude that they cannot proceed with the development of the Reedsport OPT Wave Park Project.
