On March 28, 2017, a letter order was issued in Docket No. EL17-51-000 by the Director, Division of Electric Power—West, Office of Energy Market Regulation, pursuant to section 206 of the Federal Power Act (FPA), 16 U.S.C. 824e (2012), instituting an investigation into whether the proposed revisions of Arizona Public Service Company to its Open Access Transmission Tariff may be unjust, unreasonable, unduly discriminatory or preferential. The refund effective date in Docket No. EL17-51-000, established pursuant to section 206(b) of the FPA, will be the date of publication of this notice in the Federal Register.
