The documents posted on this site are XML renditions of published Federal Register documents. Each document posted on the site includes a link to the corresponding official PDF file on govinfo.gov. This prototype edition of the daily Federal Register on FederalRegister.gov will remain an unofficial informational resource until the Administrative Committee of the Federal Register (ACFR) issues a regulation granting it official legal status. The OFR/GPO partnership is committed to presenting accurate and reliable regulatory information on FederalRegister.gov with the objective of establishing the XML-based Federal Register as an ACFR-sanctioned publication in the future. While every effort has been made to ensure that the material on FederalRegister.gov is accurately displayed, consistent with the official SGML-based PDF version on govinfo.gov, those relying on it for legal research should verify their results against an official edition of the Federal Register. Until the ACFR grants it official status, the XML rendition of the daily Federal Register on FederalRegister.gov does not provide legal notice to the public or judicial notice to the courts.

Meeting notice.
In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972, the National Park Service (NPS) is hereby giving notice that the National Park System Advisory Board (Board) will meet as noted below.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time.
The meeting will be conducted in the Surfbird Room at Cavallo Point Lodge, 601 Murray Circle, Sausalito, California 94965, telephone (415) 339-4700.

The Board has been established by authority of the Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) under 54 U.S.C. 100906, and is regulated by the Federal Advisory Committee Act.
The Board will convene its meeting at 9:00 a.m. and adjourn at 5:00 p.m. The Board will receive briefings and discuss topics related to improving the visitor experience in NPS managed units and workforce planning for the next century. The final agenda will be posted to the Board's website prior to the meeting at https://www.nps.gov/advisoryboard.htm.
The meeting is open to the public. Interested persons may choose to make oral comments at the meeting during the designated time for this purpose. Depending on the number of people wishing to comment and the time available, the amount of time for oral comments may be limited. Interested parties should contact the Staff Director for the Board (see FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT ), for advance placement on the public speaker list for this meeting. Members of the public may also choose to submit written comments by emailing them to joshua_winchell@nps.gov. Individuals who plan to attend and need special assistance, ( printed page 10723) such as sign language interpretation, should contact the Staff Director for the Board.
