Take notice that on December 23, 2020, the City of Pasadena, California submitted its tariff filing: Annual revision to its Transmission Revenue Balancing Account Adjustment to be effective 1/1/2021.[1]

Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214). Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a notice of intervention or motion to intervene, as appropriate. Such notices, motions, or protests must be filed on or before the comment date. On or before the comment date, it is not necessary to serve motions to intervene or protests on persons other than the Applicant.

1.  Pasadena is a municipal electric utility that is not subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission under Sections 205 and 206 of the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. 824d and 824e (2018). Pasadena became a Participating TO in the CAISO as of January 1, 2005. Without waiving any rights relating to its jurisdictional status, Pasadena submits this filing to the Commission, as it previously submitted its Transmission Revenue Requirement (TRR) and TO Tariff in Docket Nos. EL05-18-000, EL09-67-000, ER11-4375-000, ER17-392-000, and ER19-1136-000, for the purpose of permitting the Commission to review the justness and reasonableness of the CAISO's Tariff charges, which include the TRR of Pasadena as well as those of other non-jurisdictional and jurisdictional Participating TOs.
