The OFR/GPO partnership is committed to presenting accurate and reliable regulatory information on FederalRegister.gov with the objective of establishing the XML-based Federal Register as an ACFR-sanctioned publication in the future. While every effort has been made to ensure that the material on FederalRegister.gov is accurately displayed, consistent with the official SGML-based PDF version on govinfo.gov, those relying on it for legal research should verify their results against an official edition of the Federal Register. Until the ACFR grants it official status, the XML rendition of the daily Federal Register on FederalRegister.gov does not provide legal notice to the public or judicial notice to the courts.

Final rule; correction.
The Department of Labor (Department) is correcting a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register on June 1, 2026. The Department is correcting an error to the published Form LM-2 Long Form Instructions, specifically, a page missing in the instructions. Additionally, the June 1, 2026, published final rule contained formatting errors in the Form LM-2 Long Form and Form LM-2 forms, and the Department recommends that the public refer to the OLMS website ( www.dol.gov/olms) for the correctly formatted Forms and Instructions. Effective Date: This rule correction is effective on July 1, 2026.
Applicability Date: This rule correction will apply prospectively to labor organizations whose fiscal years begin on or after July 1, 2026.
